Saleable Services
Many companies regard Water Management costs as
insignificant; relating only to the costs of water
intake to their plants and water discharged from their
plants. Improchem provide a range of services which can
bridge the gap between your awareness of the pressures
of rising water supply costs, wastewater discharge
restrictions, low availability of fresh water,
increasing fouling related energy costs etc and the Way
Forward to manage your total water management costs
effectively and efficiently using the
im-PROSALE
services.

Commissioning & Operation of Water

im-PROserv is a unique service which forms ImproChem’s
smart technology platform. It integrates best practice
monitoring, control and chemical treatment protocols
with, real-time statistical data evaluation, to
systematically improve the operating efficiency and
integrity of our Customers water and process systems.
Having selected the correct chemical programme, the
correct dosing equipment and chemical handling system
will be of no consequence if the correct programme
control is not applied. Programme control is only as
good as the input data received on an ongoing basis. But
input data alone is not good enough, unless it is linked
to (and correlated with) output data important to the
customer’s operation in a manner that is statistically
verifiable. This means that the correct chemical
programme is applied using the correct handling and
dosing equipment, and monitored and controlled using the
correct online instruments and manual tests, so that
corrections and optimisations can be affected on an
ongoing basis.
Im-PROserv is the platform which will turn your
treatment programme into a SMART programme
